AEG Digital Terms & Conditions
1. The service
AEG Digital Asia ("AEG Digital") provides Malaysia-targeted website traffic delivery for customer websites. All orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Minimum order and delivery rate
- The minimum order is 1,000 visits.
- The selectable daily delivery rate is 500 to 1,000 visits per day.
- Duration is calculated as total visits divided by the selected daily rate.
- Only websites may be targeted. Social media links are not accepted.
3. Geography
All traffic is currently targeted at Malaysia. We do not offer traffic from other countries and will not make claims about countries we cannot deliver.
4. Authority and permitted use
When placing an order, the customer confirms that they own the website, or that they are authorised by its owner to promote it. Agencies, digital marketers and freelancers are welcome.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with the terms of any advertising network their website participates in, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Advertising.
5. Payment
- All payments are made through the AffanPay gateway.
- AffanPay issues the receipt and invoice for each payment.
- Delivery begins once payment is confirmed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Once payment is made, an order cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.
Instead, any visits not yet delivered will be completed: the order duration is extended automatically until the full ordered volume has been delivered. This is our commitment, and it replaces any refund.
If the customer's website is unreachable during the delivery period, the order pauses automatically, the customer is notified, and the clock stops counting until the website is reachable again.
7. Delivery verification
Every visit is recorded as a real browser visit and appears in the customer's own Google Analytics. Customers are not required to rely on AEG Digital's report alone.
AEG Digital makes no promise regarding rankings, Domain Authority, Page Authority or any other search-engine metric. The effect of traffic on those metrics depends on many factors outside AEG Digital's control.
8. No free traffic
We do not provide free or trial traffic.
9. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the content of the promoted website, for ensuring that website complies with Malaysian law, and for not using the service for any purpose that infringes the rights of any party.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The applicable version is the one published at the time the order was placed.
